Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing authe.io or using the Authe platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Authe on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

The service

Authe provides tooling to decode, catalog, analyze, and act on cross-chain blockchain activity, including a web dashboard, pipelines, alerts, and an API. Features vary by plan — see the pricing page for current tiers.

Accounts

You need an account, authenticated via Auth0, to access the dashboard. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don't use Authe to violate applicable law, infringe on others' rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without our written agreement.

Your data & content

Catalog entries, labels, tags, pipelines, and other content you create in your tenant remain yours. Decoded on-chain data reflects public blockchain state, not information we independently generate or own.

Third-party services

Authe integrates with third-party services you may choose to use, such as Slack or webhook endpoints. We're not responsible for those services' own terms, availability, or handling of data you send them.

Disclaimers

Authe is provided "as is." Decoded data, risk signals, and saga groupings are analytical outputs, not legal or compliance conclusions — they're meant to support your team's own investigation and judgment, not replace it.

We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we work to keep it reliable across our supported regions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Authe won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Authe at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
